All DOT questions will be answered by a qualified DOT consultant by email or a phone call. All questions and answers are based on a time-based program billed currently at $20 per 15-minute increments and charged to your TMFS Services account.

Time is based on the time a request is read and accepted to be answered to the time completed with the answer. If one question leads to another, total time will be considered. If the question is complicated and the consultant feels the best method would be a call, the consultant will arrange a time to call and complete the question and answer. Time will start when the consultant starts the call and end with the call is completed. If the client needs additional information that will be sent via email, and the time will accrue until the email is sent.

Questions will be answered in a manner that should be understood in simple English only.

All DOT Consultant representation will be offered by qualified consultants. Either NATMI, previous DOT Auditors and / or retired DOT Officers 

Mock Audits, Audit Representation will be estimated and billed separately. Estimated amounts can be more or less depending on the complexity of the situation.
