General Daily Administrative Program
Our administrative staff are all well versed in the Driver File Program and what is needed to qualify a CDL driver.
Our staff is updated regularly on DOT requirements and regulations. We offer daily review of your files to keep you in compliance. Our staff will review your account at least once a day.

Drivers Files on a daily basis
When used with monthly program:
- Application processed for potential hire per company criteria.
- Process MVR
- Process PSP – Prior to moving to hired
- Process CDLIS
- Verify and upload Medical Registry
- Process previous employment inquiry per driver
- Process D & A Clearinghouse New Hire Inquiry -
- Upload Pre-employment drug results
- Send out request for 7 days HOS when hired
Vehicle Files on a daily basis
With Monthly Program
- Add equipment
- Remove equipment
- Update equipment
- Add and upload inspection, maintenance, inspection information and receipts
- Add and upload accident information and paperwork
- Add miscellaneous information and receipts / paperwork
- Create custom ceminders
- Receipt sorting Fee $ 25 per hour min 1 hour
- Contact company with any request or requirements
- Run any reports within software and forward per company request
